You will:

• Prevent diseases by learning how diseases develop and spread
• Learn how to differentiate between disease and other issues (pests, nutrition, etc.)
• Learn about different options available for detection and diagnosis of common greenhouse and nursery diseases
• Understand basic organic and conventional management options for commercial greenhouse and nursery situations
• Safely apply and handle fungicides and understand rules and regulations

This is an intermediate level course (some experience and training, or entry level university). Designed for employees in the US and internationally who are in commercial production, technical or sales role

Podrá:

• Prevenir enfermedades aprendiendo cómo se desarrollan y diseminan
• Aprender a diferenciar entre una enfermedad y otros problemas (plagas, nutrición, etc)
• Aprender de diferentes opciones disponibles para la detección y diagnóstico de enfermedades comúnes en invernaderos y viveros
• Entender opciones de manejo convencionales y orgánicas para situaciones en invernaderos y viveros comerciales
• Aplicación y manejo seguro de fungicidas, y entender reglas y regulaciones

Este es un curso de nivel intermedio (algo de experiencia y entrenamiento, con nivel inicial universitario). Diseñado para empleados en los EEUU y otros países quienes son productores comerciales, o trabajan en aspectos técnicos o ventas
